Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your my RewardsTM program subscription, please log in to test.myeasyrewards.net and click on "Card Settings" under the "My Rewards Card" menu. Then, click the "Cancel My Enrollment" link next to the appropriate checking account.

Your online rewards account will remain active and any rewards points you have earned will remain there. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Please note: Cancellation of your My RewardsTM Program does not terminate your ability to use the gold or platinum debit card that you have been issued for purchases. It simply ends your ability to use the additional benefits that come with the card – including but not limited to the ability to earn rewards points for everyday debit card purchases. However, your rewards account will remain active and any points you have earned will remain valid through their expiration date.
